As cases started rising precipitously in London at the end of December, we knew we would not be able to continue volunteering safely as we had done in the previous lockdown.
Instead, we've been working with our fantastic team of volunteers to deliver virtual group sessions to our participants, on topics such as online safety, mobile banking, passwords and online shopping.
So far we've had really great participation from our volunteers and participants - we even had a conversation about VPNs last week! (Virtual Private Networks for those who don't know!) But some of our participants are unfortunately not able to access Zoom, so we're really looking forward to being able to go back to in person sessions, whenever that may be.
